Sandown's Royal Artillery Gold Cup Day
The Director of Operations of the military charity Tickets For Troops, Evie Blades (right of Princess Royal) joined the winner’s presentation for the Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother Military Amateur Jockeys’ Handicap Hurdle Race at Sandown racecourse. The charity sponsored the race as part of the Grand Military Gold Cup and over 100 tickets were donated to UK’s Armed Forces.
On the day, Sandown joined the Armed Forces Covenant, deepening their commitment to supporting the nation's military.
